Stevie WonderStevland Hardaway Morris (ne Judkins; May 13, 1950) popularly referred to as Stevie Wonder, is an American musician and singer who is acknowledged as a pioneer and influence by musicians from a variety of genres that include blues and rhythm, pop and soul, gospel, jazz, and funk. Wonder, who was a band of one man utilized synthesizers in the production of electronic music in the 1970s. It revolutionized the R&B genre. Wonder also contributed to the growth of genres in the album era. The albums he released were consistent and coherent as well as socially conscious declarations that had complex music. Wonder, who was born blind, signed with Motown's Tamla label when he was 11. He was then given the professional name Little Stevie Wonder. Wonder's critical success reached its peak in the 1970s. The band's "classic period" which began in 1972, saw the release of Music of My Mind. Talking Book featured "Superstition" One of the most well-known and distinctive sounds recorded by the Hohner Clavinet keyboard. The Grammy Award for Album of the years was won by Innervisions (1973), Fulfillingness's First Finale (1974), as well as Songs in the Key of Life (1976). He is tied for third place with the most Album of the YEAR wins. The only artist who has won the award for three consecutive albums.
